MHS Students in Mr. Yanosky's PLTW Human Body Systems course learn about the mysteries of the brain by dissecting a sheep brain and studying the case of Phineas Gage, a young man who suffered a traumatic brain injury and recovered, but was never quite the same. Students discover the way our brains work through hands-on experiential learning.
